At XMARK, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your XMARK equipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
